Start – Do a free trial or just join. Then come to Beginner Classes for what ever program you want. Try Muaythai, Boxing or Fitness.
Phoenix Gym specialises in getting beginners started. We have people starting all the time in our beginner classes. We know what it is like to do your first class and turn up not sure of what to expect to from a Muaythai/Boxing gym. You can come and watch anytime, talk to staff and let them help you get started on your journey.
We know people may be nervous, unsure, intimidated and think they are not fit enough – all this is unnecessary – we have seen it all – just jump in and have a go and you will figure out if you like it. ACTION CURES FEAR! Our club has over 20 years’ experience in getting people started and enough people have been here forever to show you that it works. We are established and we have done this by keeping beginners and ensuring they are coached and welcomed from day 1.
We have something for everyone at Phoenix. Everyone got started as a beginner! Every class is planned, structured and organized. All fitness and martial art training is developmental, gets results and is disciplined. Most people join to train, but you can do a free trial first. If you want to do a trial – go to the claim a free trial section. If you do a free trial, you can then join via this process or at Phoenix.
