Muay Thai Kickboxing

You need to grade to level One before you can learn to Spar! Get a curriculum book to learn how.

There are three steps of sparring classes –

  1. Learning to Spar (L-plate sparring - Saturday at 12:00pm),
  2. Practice Sparring (P-plate sparring - Saturday at 12:00pm) and,
  3. Advanced/ Fighter Level Sparring   (Saturday morning at 9:30am)

Anyone wishing to learn to spar and develop their Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing and self defence skills should first come on a Saturday at 12:00pm to get started. Personal training is a great way to learn to Spar if you cannot make the classes. Sparring training is the best fun you can have in the gym and is the real essence of kickboxing! For Boxers it is 12:00pm Saturday.
