GRUNT FITNESS - In the House of Pain
This class is the best condition workout in the world! A base level fitness is required before you step up to ‘grunt fitness’so please ask a coach if you are up to it. You are welcome to see if you are tough enough but the class is not a get fit class, it is a hard workout. An action packed class designed to really get you sweating and puffing. This class is a conditioning class. That means it is all workout. It is a dynamic strength and conditioning class utilising every part of the gym, ropes, medicine balls, tyres, kegs, weights, sleds, and free body exercises. This is the day to leave the skill learning out and work on your overall conditioning. Bookings essential!
