BOXING SESSIONS

Suitable for all levels. These sessions are boxing skill and fitness sessions where you learn and practice both offensive and defensive aspects of boxing. Phoenix boxing is for self defence, fitness, fighting skills linked to our kickboxing and general curriculum. These sessions include technique practice in the mirror, partner work, and general free body fitness drills. You must have your own boxing gloves and mouthguards to train in regular classes. Recognition of Level 1 in Boxing allows you to attend sparring Classes.
